Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Our Direct Primary Care model removes the barriers of traditional insurance-based medicine. You get healthcare that puts you first every time, with unlimited access to your healthcare provider, longer visits, and a relationship built on trust.

What’s included:

  • Same- or next-day visits — in-person, virtual, or home visits (as appropriate)
  • Comprehensive annual wellness exams
  • Preventive care + lifestyle-focused guidance
  • Chronic condition management (e.g., thyroid, blood pressure, diabetes)
  • Minor in-office procedures
  • Direct messaging with your provider

Investment in Your Health:

  • Adults:  $110/month or $1100/annual (save $220/year)
  • Couples Plan: $175/month or $1750/year (save $350/year)
  • Family Plan (two adults and children): $225/month or $2250/year (save $450/year)

Functional Medicine

Root-cause healing, tailored to your biology.

Functional Medicine looks deeper at the why behind your symptoms. Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, gut imbalances, autoimmunity, or just not feeling like yourself, we explore your full story and physiology to support true healing.

Your healing journey may include:

  • Initial Functional Medicine Visit (90 min):  $300 (included for direct primary care members)
  • Follow-up Appointments (45–60 min): $175

Lab testing and supplements are priced separately.

  • Monthly Program: $150–$300/month, depending on plan

Planning a trip abroad? We offer personalized travel consultations to help you stay healthy and protected wherever you’re going.

We provide:

  • Travel health assessments based on your itinerary
  • Destination-specific vaccine recommendations
  • Travel prescriptions (e.g., malaria prevention, altitude sickness)
  • Immune support for travel
  • COVID-related travel documentation, if needed

Pricing:

  • Travel Consultation (30–45 min): $150 (included for direct primary care members)
  • Vaccines & Medications: Priced individually
